The process side of the MPL pump conforms to ANSI B73.3 dimensions. Affordable, high-performance Magnatex pumps give you higher efficiency with lower first cost, lower horsepower and a lower total cost of ownership.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Magnatex magnetic drive sealless pumps eliminate the need for expensive mechanical seals; eliminating costly shutdowns and repairs, which helps reduce &#8220;Reportable Release&#8221; issues. There are no maintenance-intensive mechanical seals required. And no seal flush or complex and expensive seal pot systems to monitor or maintain. Optional <a href=\"https:\/\/magnatexpumps.com\/blog\/dry-run-resistant-bearings.php\">SiC-X bearing system<\/a> is available for enhanced dry running capability. The straddle-mounted, double bearing design reduces shaft load and bearing wear when compared to our competitors&#8217; typical cantilevered, overhung designs. Slip-fit construction allows easy maintenance and on-site repairs with no special tools required. Close-coupled configuration eliminates coupling and motor alignment issues. The medium to high head MPL series pumps handle toxic, noxious and corrosive liquids for leak-free pumping with increased safety to plant personnel and the environment. Optional high-temperature construction can handle temperatures up to 660\u00b0F (348\u00b0C). For enhanced solids handling we offer optionally a baffled rear casing design.
